Toby White - Drums
Being the drummer of a progressive rock band was something I never saw happening in a million years. I’ve spoken about it a lot but my background comes primarily from pop-punk and old-school metal. My major influences growing up were Jimmy ‘The Rev’ Sullivan, Kenny Jones, Otto Wood…I could go on.
I first picked up drums around 2013 and instantly fell in love. I originally had been classically trained on the baritone horn, although I dropped that altogether in 2018. Until that year, I had no formal drum lessons and taught myself everything I knew.
Just like Alfie and Jacob, I completed my music degree and graduated in 2021. I’m very excited to see where we take Aeones in the future and how we continue to push ourselves musically.
